By accessing or using Sarookhi's ERP services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use of Service

Sarookhi provides a cloud-based ERP solution for businesses. You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms.

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Subscription and Payments

Services are provided on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

4. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain all rights to your data. Sarookhi acts as a data processor. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sarookhi, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
